My favorite lab was raft rally.

In science lab i loved how we got to touch the plastic spoon,metal spoon,wooden spoon,and popcicle stick.The one thing i did not like was that when i touched the metal spoons in the boiling water it burned my hand other wise I loved lab.Thank you so much Mrs.Rollins!!!!
ReplyDeleteA conductor is a(n) objects that conducts how hot or cold it shale be. Ex. A metal spoon is placed in some boiling water. When you take the spoon out and you touch it, you get burned because the heat went to the water which made itself to the spoon. A insulator is a(n) object that keeps how warm or cold a(n) object is. Ex. Its really cold in your room, you need something to keep you warm. You choose a blanket because its warm and keeps the warmth so you don't become cold.

So Mrs.Rollins my favorite lab so far was when we all filled the containers with water and put a thermomiter in the container and put it in the sun for 5 minutes and then in the shade for 5 minutes.It was so cool when we saw the sun with those special SUN GLASSES!!!! That would be my favorite lab becuase you can't look at the sun that way every day and also because that is a great way to see how long it takes for a tempature to change! Thanks for all th great labs!!!!
ReplyDeletei liked in lab that we got to sit any where we wanted.I really loved lab today because we got to make electro magnets my table picked up 21 paper clips with our's.we got one more than adains table it was so cool.thank you for the best labs ever Mrs.Rollins.
ReplyDeletetoday in lab we got to use tubes and thimbals and drums to observe sound. I learned that sound cannot travel through an empty room or any rookm because the walls block the way out for the sound to go through. thank you for giving us the best lab classes ever. love you Mrs.Rollins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletetoday in lab we got to learn about light and we had glass prisims and if you put one up to your face and walk around it feels like your going to fall off a cliff.lab was fun who could ask for a better teacher!!!!!!!!!!!!!thank you mrs.rollins i love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletetoday in lab we got to switch tabels and do different things at each table. my favorite one was those card board rectangles with the mirrors.i love how every lab gets better and better each time.
ReplyDeletetoday in lab we got to do a flip chart and fill in all the blanks and see the water cycle today it was so much fun i cant wait till next lab oh how could i almost forget the best part besides seeing Mrs.Rollins was doing the water cycle boggie. it was so fun and an easier way to learn the order of the water cycle. Thank you for a great lab.
ReplyDeletetoday in lab was so much fun we got to use themometers.it was so fun because we got to tell inside temp and outside and compare them. did you know that it is 8 degress celcius outside when i did my experimenting it was so coll getting to see tha different tempetures and see them go up or drop down so fast. thank you mrs.rollins for a great lab today.
ReplyDeletetoday in the science lab we got to get a random tray and observe what the city is like.I got phoenix,arizona i learned that in january and december are the lowest time of climate.june 0.1inches of precipitation and 0 inches of snowfall. I got to learn so much more!!!!! :] thank you for great science labs.
