1. Bounces off an object
ReplyDelete2. Look at yourself in the mirror
3. When it bends
4. A glass of water and put in a pencil- it bends
5. Alike- they can do things to light. Different- reflection bounces off. Refraction bends
1.Light is reflected when light bounces back of a surface
ReplyDelete2.get a flashlight and put it on a mirror
3.when light is bended
4.by putting a pencil in water
5.reflection and refraction are different when it bends(refraction).Reflection is the bouncing back(reflection).they are alike because they can be experimented with lights
when light hits a mirror and the light is on the mirror and it is also somewere else.
ReplyDeleteit means when light goes through and bends.
you shine light through a concave piece of glass.
they are alike because they both involve light.
light bounces off a mirror. point a flashlight at a mirror. light bending. look through a window. they are alike because they have to do with light.they are different because they do different things with the light
ReplyDelete,Peyton
the light bounces back
ReplyDeletea mirror has reftection you could see youself
it goes through and spreads
a microscope
they are alike because they use glass
tey are different because reflect you can't see through
and refract you can see through
1. Light is reflected by mirror and anything that light can bounce off!!!!!
ReplyDelete2. Reflection is anything that will bounce off of it.
3. They alike because they both have anything that will bounce off of and they are different because refraction you will see upside down and reflection is when you could see good!!!!!

ReplyDelete1. light is reflected when light bounces of glass
2. you could use a mirror
3. light is refracted when ligt bends in all directions
4. you could demonstrate by using a prism
1.light is reflected when light goes onto a specific object
ReplyDelete2.putting a flashlight to a mirror
3.light is refracted when a specific object has light on it and the light is bent
4.when you put a pencil in a glass of water
5.reflection and refraction are alike because they both do things to light. They are different because the do different things to light
1.When light bounces of a surface.
ReplyDelete2.PERISCOPES!
3.When light hits a surface it goes through it.
4.My glasses.
5.Same: Both has to do with light. Different:Reflection bounces off a surface while refraction goes through an object.
1. The light hits a mirror or something that can reflect it and bounces back.
ReplyDelete2. I would get a turned off TV and look at it.
3. By the light going through an object.
4. Getting a glass of water and shining a light through it.
5. They are both alike because they both have to do with light going through or bouncing off of something.
reflection:
ReplyDelete1. Light is reflected by bouncing off an object.
2. Throw a ball at a wall. The ball is the light. The ball will bounce of the wall like light bounces off a mirror.
refraction:
3. The light is bent.
4. Put a pencil in a cup of water. The pencil should look bent.
reflection/refraction:
5. alike: Have to do with light.
different: one bends light, one reflects light.
1. The light is bent by the mirror sending it back.
ReplyDelete1b. You could see a reflection by shining a flashlight in the mirror and seeing where the light bounces back.
2. Light is refracted when it travels through an uneven surface like water. The light rays are bent and sent in different directions.
2b. You could demonstrate refraction by putting a straw or a pencil in a glass of water and seeing that it looks bent.
3. Reflections and refractions are similar because the light rays are bent. They are different because the rays are bent in different ways.
1.Light is reflected by bouncing back of a surface.
ReplyDelete2.A mirroir reflects.
3.Light is refracted when it bends.
4.When stain glass bends light and makes a rainbow.
5.They both deal with light, but to rerlect it must bounce back and to refract is to bend the light.
1.Light bounces of a mirror and creates reflection.
ReplyDelete2. By looking at myself in a mirror.
3. I goes through a lens and apperes on the other side.
4. Looking through glasses, a camera lens, the broken pencil trick.
5. They are different because light bounces off for reflection. Light goes through for refraction. They both have to do with light.
1. Light is reflected when light bounces off a surface.
ReplyDelete2. Using a mirror.
3. By bending light.
4. Using a pencil and a cup of water.
5. Different= reflection bounces not bends.

1. It goes off something that can't absorb light and bounces off it.
ReplyDelete2. You looking into a mirror.
3. Light goes through a piece of glass that makes things look bigger.
4. Prescription glasses.
5. They both make you see but one might be blurry and the other one not blurry.
1.by the light bouncing off the object
ReplyDelete2.you can shine a flashlight on to a mirror and the light would bounce back
3.by light shining through an object/lens
4.you can put a pencil in a glass of water and the refraction makes the pencil look like it's broken when it is really not
5.Refraction and reflection are both bending of light Reflection is when the light hits a surface and it bounces back the way it came, though butrefraction is when the light hits a surface and keeps going through
Light is reflected when you look into something like a mirror and the light bounces back in all different directions.
ReplyDeleteI would demonstrate reflection by looking in a mirror.
Light is refracted when it bounces off an objec and then it bends.
I would demonstrate refraction by putting a pencil in water.
They are alike because they both bounce off of the object it is hitting but they are different because when something refracts it also bends.
How is light reflected? it bouwnses off.
ReplyDeleteHow would you demonstrate reflection?
a mirrioer
How is light refracted? it binds
How would you demonstrate refraction?
glasses
How are reflection and refraction alike and different? reflection bonces off refraction binds through
Reflection:
ReplyDelete1. Light is reflected when the light bounces off a smooth surface.
2. I would write my name on a blank sheet of paper, get a mirror, and put it over my name. Then my name would be inverted.
Refraction:
1. When light bends from 1 material into the other.
2. When people can't see well and use glasses.
Reflection and Refraction:
1. Similar - they both have to refer to waves, cause a change in direction, and depend on the material in contact.
Different - refraction is the bending of light and reflection is the bouncing of light.
1. by bouncing back to you.
ReplyDelete2. looking in a mirror.
3. by going through and turning.
4. by puting a pecil i a glass of water.
5. on one, light bounces back. on th other, light goes through.
1.when light bounces of a object.
ReplyDelete2.when i am in front of a mirror.
3.when light bends.
4.my glasses refract light.

ReplyDeleteReflection:
1. Light is reflected by bounceing off walls and mirrors.
2. I would hold a flash light to a mirror in the dark and let it bounce back at me.
Refraction:
1. Light is refracted when it passes from one transparent medium to another and the speed slows down.
2. I would hold a flashlight up above a bucket of water and let the light shine down on it.
Reflection/Refraction:
1. Reflection and refraction are similar because they both refer to waves. Reflection and refraction are diffrent because reflection bounces off mirrors and walls in angles. Whereas refraction goes through and bends.
refliction- light bounces of a object.
ReplyDeletereflaction- light bends.
they are both stuff light does.
one shows back and one bends.
we both need them for a living.
1. light bounces back off a surface
ReplyDelete2. a mirror
3. gos and then bends because of the lens
4. eyeglass
5.they both bounce of a surface
1. light is reflected when it bounces off of shiny objects.
ReplyDelete2. I would demonstrate reflection by bouncing light off of a smooth object like a mirror.
3.light is refracted when it bends as it moves from one material into another.
4. I would demonstrate refraction with a prism and a flashlight
5. Reflection and refraction are alike because they both deal with light. they are different becasue one bounces off a smooth object and another bends the light.
1.light is reflected when light bounces back off a surface
ReplyDelete2.when a light bounces back from a mirror
3.when a light goes through a cup of water and it doesn't know where to go and it goes crazy
4.when a light goes though cup of water
5. Same both have to do when something touches a certain item and changes its appearance
Difference reflection is when something bounces back to where refraction makes something sees more clear or different
1.light bounces off a mirror and comes to you
ReplyDelete2.if you look in a mirror light is bounced back to you so you can see your self
3.when light bends it is refracted
4.if you have glasses on light is BENT so you can see
5.they are alike because they both have to do with light. They are diffrent because reflection bounces back and refraction bends.
The light can bounce off of flat surfaces such as mirror, door, car window. You show somebody by using light on mirror. Refraction goes through one place to another. Refraction goes through glass prism. Reflection bounce light in any direction and refraction goes through in a straight line from one object to another object.
ReplyDelete1. by a mirror
ReplyDelete2.when light bounces back from an object
3. by a tilted mirror
4. when an object bounces back from an a mirror,it will go a different direction
5.reflection bounces back in the same direction, and refraction goes a different way. they are the same by light bouncing back.
1.by a mirror
ReplyDelete2.turn off tv and look at yourself
3.when it bends
4.put a pencil in a cup of water and it looks bent
5.they sre alike because they both do things to light and they are different because reflction bounces back and refraaction bends
1. it bounces off an object
ReplyDelete2. light hits a mirror
3. bends light 4. it is bent
5. shining light in water
6. alike- involve light, can be proformed with mirror/water different- refraction bends light and reflection bounces off light
reflection:
ReplyDeletethe light bounces off a smooth surface .
i would write my name on a blank sheet of paper and my name would be inverted.
refraction:
when light bends from one material into another.
when people cant see and use glasses.
both:
similar they both have to refer to waves that couse a charge in direction and depend on the material in contact different refraction is the bending of lightand reflection is the bouncing of light
1.when light bounces back off a surface
ReplyDelete2.Look in a mirror
3.when the light rays bend
4.put a pencil in water
5.alike: they both do with light
different: reflection=bounces back refraction=bends
1.Light reflected when it bounces off.
ReplyDelete2.Put a flashlight in the mirror. You would see the light on the other place. Because it reflected.
3.Light refracted when it bends.
4.Put a pencil in a glass of water. You would see the pencil is bends. Because it refracted.
5.Both of them use the light.
But light reflected when it bounces off and light refracted when it bends.
Reflection:
ReplyDelete1. when light is pointed at an object then light rays bounce back at the same angle.
2. when you look in a mirror
Refraction:
1. when light goes through an object bending the light rays outward
2. eye glasses refract light
Reflection/Refraction:
1. The differences are that reflection is when light rays hit an object and bounce back at the same angle, and refraction is when light rays pass through and the light rays bend.
2. In order to find the angle something reflects or refracts you need to know the angle of the incidence
1. when light bounces back.
ReplyDelete2. by looking in a mirror
3. when light bends
4. tilt a mirror
5. light bounces back and reflection goes the same way but refraction goes different ways
1. its reflected by bouncing off of something

3.light is refracted when light bends
4.sun glasses
5.Diffrent-refract bends reflection bounces off of things.
Same-they
both do things to light
1.When it bounces off an object
ReplyDelete2.Looking at yourself in the mirror
3.When it bends
4.Glasses
5.Refraction bends and reflection reflects
1 bouncing of something
ReplyDelete2 looking in a mirrior
3 bending light
4 bifocals
5 diff.refracting is bendinglight reflection is bouncing of.both use light
1 when it bounces off an object.
ReplyDelete2 looking at yourself in a mirror
3 when the light doesnt know where to go
4 looking at a pen through a glass of water
5 They are alike because they both deal with light they are different because they do different things to the object.
1. when something bounces of an object
ReplyDelete2. when you look at a mirror
3. when the light bends
4. A pencil in water
5. the relection relectes the thing an the refraction bends it.

ReplyDelete2. looking at a mirror.
3.When light bends.
4.a pencil in water.
5.reflection bounces back and refraction bends it.
Reflection:
ReplyDeleteHow is light reflected?
it bounces off smooth surface.
How would you demonstrate reflection?
i would go to the mirror and show them their reflection. We will turn on the lights.
Reflection/Refraction:
How are reflection and refraction alike and different?
they both describe light. but reflection bounces the light while refraction bends the light.

ReplyDelete2. a mirror
3.when light bends
4.the bending pencil trick
5.reflection bounces back and refraction bends it.
1. because of the tilt of the earths akses!
ReplyDelete2. both have all four sesons is the seson changing and time!
3. rotation is one full spin of the earths revelotionis going around the sun!
